Team Extreme the world's largest display team with 40+ performers on bikes, skateboards, in-lines and snakeboards, including the top flatland show team, with one world champion and three of Europe's top riders. Team Extreme have their own equipment, commentators, sound systems and have public liability insurance, etc. They are now entering their 14th year of shows and have traveled to four continents. In 2001, they completed well over 100 shows days and also became world record breakers.

Team Extreme for 2002 will be starting out with rehearsals (open to the public - in Dorchester on 4th and 5th of April and incorporating a BMX competition on the 6th of April). The Team Extreme web site will have the details from the end of January and RIDE BMX Magazine in the issue out at the end of January.

Team Extreme now boast that they are world record holders, having achieved ten performers, on their 20 foot wide half pipe all at the same time, as seen on Record Breakers!

The team will probably increase this year, as they are already booked into Alton Towers as well as many shows also on the schedule on the web site. Hot Wheels and Tyco are both major sponsors for the year - again - and Team Extreme are very pleased to be associated with these products.

This year the Team Extreme shows will be giving away postcards with Team Extreme images and which will allow the card to be taken to a Hot Wheels sales outlet for a car (Toy Car!). Also Team Extreme will be giving away stickers and other goodies at every show.
